Welcome to Our Wedding!

After working on our nearly-ruined house -- and living together through that mess -- for three hard years, we got married here on May 17, 2003.

Our entrance: does Jill look a little shell shocked?

We put all of our furniture in our garage, then rented chairs for our guests.

Look at the window behind the wedding cake: yep, we're in the middle of stripping paint. Notice all of the painted woodwork in these photos

I (Ron) used the cake toppers my mom and dad used when they got married. Our friend, Judy, made new outfits for them. Does the groom look like he's listing a bit?

This was a budget wedding, so our guests (the ones who can cook) brought their specialty dishes. The buffet was fabulous.

We wrote our own vows.
Our friend Tim presided over the ceremony.

We danced late into the night.

Then we honeymooned in Maine, where we slept a lot..
